Where We Ship
We currently ship to almost every city in India. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we hope to expand our reach in the future.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process orders within 24 working hours. Most orders are fulfilled within 5
working days, but please allow up to 7 working days during peak times like holidays,
product launches, or promotional events.

Shipping Time
All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours. Once your order is shipped,
you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. While we strive to deliver on time,
delays due to weather, logistics, or carrier issues may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
• COD orders above ₹599 incur a ₹50 convenience fee (non-refundable)
• Orders below ₹599: Shipping charges calculated at checkout
• COD on orders below ₹599 includes both shipping charges and a ₹50 convenience fee
(non-refundable)

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we
expand to bring Truglw to more destinations.
