Where do we ship to? We currently ship to almost every city in India. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Processing Time We aim to process orders within 24 working hours. Most orders are fulfilled within 5 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days for order fulfillment, especially during peak periods such as product launches, holidays, and special promotions.

Shipping Time All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. While we strive to meet your expectations, there may be delays due to postal or carrier issues, logistics, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Cancellations

How to Cancel an Order You can cancel your order by emailing us at hello@truglw.com  (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM & Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM). We will assist you in canceling the order.

Important Note: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Refund for Canceled Orders For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days or to the wallet (immediately).We cannot refund to an alternative card or account.

Returns and Refunds

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage)
  • Missing product

Return/Replacement Process:

Raise a Request: Within 24 hrs of delivery, email us at hello@truglw.com with your order ID, pictures of the issue, and an unboxing video.

Review Request: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

  1. Product Collection: Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the product from you.
  2. Verification and Action: After receiving and verifying the product(s), we will initiate a replacement or refund accordingly.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Return/Replacement Requests:

  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.).
  • Return/replacement request made after 24 hrs from the date of delivery.
  • Damage or missing product reported after 24 hrs from the date of delivery.
  • Product marked as delivered but not received, and reported after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be entertained.
