Shipping & Returns
1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
– Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
– COD orders above ₹599 will incur a ₹50 convenience fee (non-refundable)
– Orders below ₹599: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
– COD on orders below ₹599 will include both shipping charges and a ₹50 convenience fee (Non-refundable)
2. When will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 2–4 working days.
Delivery timelines:
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Non-metros: 5–7 business days after dispatch
3. Can I return a product?
We accept returns or replacements only for the following:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong product received
To initiate a return, email hello@truglw.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a clear photo or unboxing video (if applicable).
4. Is there a return pickup service?
Yes, for most pin codes we offer reverse pickup.
If your area isn’t serviceable, you may need to courier the product back to us.
A ₹100 restocking fee per item may apply in customer-initiated return cases (excluding damage/brand error).
5. What products are NOT eligible for return or exchange?
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product is opened, used, or tested.
- The return is raised after 24 hours.
- The return reason is personal preference (shade, fragrance, texture).
- The product was part of a Final Sale or on clearance.
- The product caused skin irritation (please patch-test before use).
- No unboxing video is available in cases where it's required (e.g., fragile items).
6. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued after product inspection:
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI only (details to be shared by you)
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Note: Shipping, COD, and restocking charges are non-refundable
7. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we expand to bring Truglw to your part of the world very soon.
8. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Disliking the shade or scent
- Changing your mind after purchase
9. I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email hello@truglw.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund based on evaluation.
10.Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?
In case of return for eligible products, we offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes.
In case of a reverse pickup for a serviceable pin code, a nominal restocking fee of Rs.100 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you can return the products by shipping them to us at Sunkissed Lifestyle LLP ,No -22, 3rd Floor, 5th Cross ,5th Block, 60 ft road,Koramangla,Bengaluru, Karnataka -560095
