Cancellations
To cancel your order, email us at hello@truglw.com (Mon–Fri, 10 AM to 7 PM | Sat, 10 AM to
4 PM).
Note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
• Damaged products
• Defective items
• Wrong product received
To initiate a return, email us at hello@truglw.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order ID, a clear photo of the issue, and an unboxing video (if applicable).
Reverse Pickup & Charges
• We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes.
• If your area isn’t serviceable, you may need to courier the product back to us.
• A ₹100 restocking fee per item may apply in customer-initiated returns (not applicable for damaged or wrong product cases).

Products NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange
• Opened, used, or tested products
• Return initiated after 24 hours of delivery
• Personal preferences (e.g., shade, fragrance, texture)
• Final Sale or Clearance items
• Skin irritation cases (please patch test before use)
• No unboxing video provided (if required)
Refund Processing
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded via UPI only (please share your UPI ID)
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Note: Shipping, COD, and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Changed Your Mind?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
• Disliking the shade or scent
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase
Received a Damaged Product?
Email us at hello@truglw.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video.
We’ll evaluate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
